Overall, for a third year in a row, our results are extremely positive and have been the best yet. Thank you for all your wonderful comments and feedback. We continue to be the best Primary School we can for your children. It is clear that children, parents and staff feel we offer an excellent education. We know that we must always review things on a regular basis and improve on parts when resources allow.
Comments from parents :
“St Ethelbert's is brilliant. They recognise there is always room for improvement and do not perceive the school as being perfect. Any feedback is taken on board and it really does feel that things are changed because of it. They aren't just paying lip service to tick boxes. Both the children's teachers are so engaging with the children and easy to approach by dojo. They never make you feel like you are bothering them. It is clear to see how the children have developed and achieved as the year has progressed both academically and personally. The senior leadership presence on the gate is so appreciated by our family. It is very clear that the children are known so well by not just their teachers but also the head and deputy head, they are the friendly face at the beginning of the day that can instantly pick out if one of the children is not their normal self.”
“I am absolutely happy for St Ethelbert's school values...especially religion!”
"My children love St Ethelberts and all the different activities they do at school and are always coming home happy and excited to tell me all about their day."
"St.Ethelberts is a school I attended as a child and although headteacher have come and gone with differing ways of leading the school, it has always felt like a community that everyone knows and looks out for each other (parents and children alike) and that has always ensured my children have overall enjoyed their experience learning and developing at the school."
