CAFOD

What does CAFOD do?

CAFOD is an international development charity and the official aid agency of the Catholic Church in England and Wales.

They reach out to people living in poverty with practical help, whatever their religion or culture. Through their global Church network, one of the largest in the world, they have the potential to reach everyone. And they campaign for global justice, so that every woman, man and child can live a full and dignified life.

How you can get involved with CAFOD

Whether you donatecampaigndownload prayers or volunteer you are saving lives and helping us ensure that no one is beyond reach of the love and care they need.

At St Ethelbert’s, we regularly fundraise to help raise money for CAFOD. John and Maggie, volunteers from CAFOD, come into our school to tell us all about the work of CAFOD and explain to us how we can help CAFOD to raise money.
